Email about thisWhat to include
Describe what happened, which page you were using, the approximate date and time, and what you expected. For security reports, include steps to reproduce the issue if it is safe to do so.
Do not send passwords, school records, full birth dates, medical information, financial information, or another student's personal information through ordinary email. A safer submission method should be arranged if sensitive details are genuinely necessary.
Not an emergency channel
This mailbox is not monitored as an emergency or crisis service. For an immediate safety emergency, contact a trusted adult or the appropriate local emergency service.
